You know which one gets me?? Semi-colon usage. I know, it's a strange thing to get worked up about, but incorrect usage of the semi-colon makes me crazy. So much so that I even posted about it!

I love it--a headache on top of the hives! You're right though. When we're tired, we all make mistakes. I also have certain rules that I just can't seem to get right, no matter how many times I hear them. They drive me nuts.

"Grumpy Grammar Girl" -- very cute!

[...] You’re/your and whose/who’s and it’s/its’/its form an entire subset of the apostrophe abuse issue all on their own. It gives me a headache on top of the hives to think about it. We’ve all screwed these up once in a while, as have I if I’m tired or distracted while typing, but in general it isn’t as difficult as people make it out to be. Really.
